Accommodations

For SCMB-supported participants:

SCMB has funding to fully or partially support participants, and priority in allocation will be given to graduate students, postdocs, and junior researchers, including tenure-track faculty, and especially to those presenting posters.   If you are funded, we will reserve a room for you for Monday, February 17th at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel located at 866 West Peachtree Street Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30308.  

We ask that all attendees, including those supported by SCMB, pay the registration fee upon registration. We will notify those who've applied for funding support by December 20th, for the December 15th, 2019 registration deadline. Participants that register by the January 15th deadline will be notified by January 20, 2020. Funding decisions for registration after the January 15, 2020 deadline will be based on availability. If applicants don't receive the support they were hoping for, they can then cancel and be refunded their registration fee.

Note: Fully-funded participants will be asked to share rooms.

Driving directions

From the airport take I-85 N. As you're traveling through downtown, take exit 249D W Peachtree St. Merge onto Linden Ave. NW. Turn left at W Peachtree St. NW and proceed .6 miles. The Renaissance Atlanta Midtown is at 866 West Peachtree Street NW.
